Not a phone menu

A standard auto-attendant can only point callers somewhere else. This one holds the conversation, gets the details and does something with them.

What it does

Built into your phones, not bolted on beside them

Most AI receptionists are separate apps you forward calls to. Ours runs on our own phone platform, so it can transfer inside your phone system, follow your routing and work from the numbers you already have.

Answers every call

No hold queue and no voicemail dead end. Callers explain what they need in their own words.

Answers from your information

Hours, services, service area, directions and policies, from information you approve.

Books into your calendar

Checks availability, then books, reschedules or cancels in Microsoft 365. Google Workspace available on request.

Transfers to the right person

To an extension, a ring group, a queue or a mobile, the moment a person is needed.

Handles urgent calls

Separates emergencies from routine requests and routes the urgent ones to whoever is on call.

Texts and emails you a summary

After every call you get a text alert and an email summary. It can also text the caller details during the call.

After hours and emergencies

The emergency call reaches whoever is on call

For electricians, plumbers, HVAC and other trades, the call that comes in at 9 p.m. is often the most valuable one of the week, and the one most likely to go to voicemail.

Forward your main number when you close. The receptionist answers in your company name, sorts the urgent calls from the routine ones, and gets emergencies to your on-call person with the details they need.

  1. 1

The call comes in after hours

Your main number is forwarded, so the receptionist answers in your company name.

  2. 2

    It sorts urgent from routine

No power, a breaker that will not reset, a burning smell: urgent. A quote request: routine.

  3. 3

    Danger comes first

If anyone is at risk, the caller is told to leave the area and call 911 or the utility. It never gives technical advice.

  4. 4

Your on-call person gets the job

Name, address, callback number and the problem, transferred live or sent by text. Routine calls wait for the morning.

How it works

Set up for you, not by you

You tell us how you want your phones answered. We build it, test it with you, and keep adjusting it after launch.

Step one

Book a demo

A short call where you hear it answer, and we talk through your calls, hours and routing.

Step two

We build and test it

Greeting, your information, routing rules and calendar connection, set up for you and tested together before any caller hears it.

Step three

Go live, then we tune it

We review your first weeks of calls and adjust the instructions, so it keeps getting closer to how you would answer.

Who it's for

Where your calls are handled

  • Our voice platform and phone system are hosted in Toronto.
  • The conversation itself is processed by a specialist voice-AI provider outside Canada.

Callers are asked to keep confidential details for a conversation with your team. Full terms are in your service agreement.
